      深圳市龙岗区雅豪国际幼儿园,创办于2003年9月,位于深圳市龙岗街道雅豪祥苑小区内,是由马光荣女士投资承办的一所全日制民办幼儿园, 2013年2月顺利通过了广东省一级幼儿园的评估验收。我园以“办优质教育,创品牌园所”为办学目标;以“欣赏幼儿 、尊重幼儿、热爱幼儿、理解幼儿,为幼儿的发展创设一个温馨、快乐、自主、开放的成长环境”为教育理念;以“培养活泼开朗、自信大方、思想开放、善于沟通、接受挑战,身心均衡发展的世界小公民”为培养目标。


     Yahao international kindergarten is located in Shenzhen Yahao Xiangyuan Garden, Longgang district. It was founded in September 2003.It is a full-time private kindergarten invested and undertook by Miss Ma. In February 2013, it passed the assessment and acceptance of the first level kindergartens in Guangdong province.“Do the quality of education, run brand kindergarten" is our goal . We appreciate children, respect children, love children and understand children. For the development of children, the kindergarten creates a warm, harmonious, independent and open environment to make them to have a happy childhood. We help them to be a person who is full of confidence, generous, open-minded, accepting the challenge, having  physical and mental health development.


一、基本情况:

     我园占地面积4021.26平方米,室外环境宽敞幽静、绿树成荫、鸟语花香;室内环境整洁美观、温馨舒适,处处充满了童趣与教育气息。为了给孩子创设一个良好的学习与生活环境。目前,室外活动场地设有儿童戏水池、自然生态玩沙区、大型户外建构、攀爬区,30米长直塑胶跑道。为满足幼儿运动、游戏、学习的需要,我园提供宽敞的活动空间,配备了丰富多样的各类体育器械,辅助幼儿动作体能的发展;室内配备了各种功能齐全的功能室,设有幼儿图书体验馆、DIY木工区、美术创意馆、小小社会体验馆等,为幼儿的发展提供优质的学习环境。除此之外,我们有一群本领过硬、敬业爱岗、教学经验丰富的英幼教师队伍,五年以上教师占全园教师比例的60%以上,八年以上教师占全园教师比例的30%以上,丰富的教学带班经验,赢得了家长们的口碑,也深得孩子们的爱戴。

     根据幼儿年龄特点每个班级开设了不同风格不同特色的家庭工作坊,投放了种类多样的幼儿操作玩具,教师充分利用废旧、自然材料自制了有层次的教玩具,以满足幼儿自主学习与个性化发展的不同需要。


1.Basic situation

   The kindergarten covers an area of 4021.26 square meters. The outdoor environment is spacious and quiet, the indoor environment is clean and beautiful, warm and comfortable, it is full of fun and educational atmosphere. In order to create a good learning and living environment for the children, at present, in our outdoor playground, we have children's play pool, the natural ecological sandy area, large outdoor construction, climbing area, 30 meters long straight plastic runway. In order to meet the needs of children's sports, games and learning, my garden offers a wide space for activities, provides a variety of sports equipment,to assist the development of physical fitness in children. Indoor,we create a variety of functional rooms for the kids, for example , reading room, DIY carpentry area, Art Museum, Social experience Museum, it provides a quality learning environment for the development of children. In addition, we have a group of young teachers who have excellent skills, dedication, rich experience of teaching English. Over 60% teachers have been worked for five years and more the 30% have been worked for eight years.Their rich teaching experience with the class, won reputation and love from the parents and kids.

    According to the characteristics of children's age, each class has a different style of family workshops and puts on a variety of children's toys. Teachers make full use of waste, natural materials to made up a level of teaching toys to meet the different needs of children's autonomous learning and individual development.


二、幼儿园管理特色与教学特点:

   (1)在管理上,我们建构了一套完善的科学管理体系。为了进一步突显幼儿园管理特色,完善了6S管理体系,并认真贯彻执行。细节决定成败,强化精粹管理,注重幼儿园一日活动细节。将管理思想真正落实到生活的细节中去,进一步的提升教育的品质。6S管理简单易行,从日常用品的管理,到人的管理,从他律到自律,实现了真正的人性化管理。在6S管理实施的幼儿园,一切井井有条,到处干净整洁,人人自律有素养使幼儿园的管理品质有从量变到质变的飞跃, 因此,六常管理已成为我们管理的一大特色。


(1).Characteristics of kindergarten management and teaching

(1).In the management, we construct a set of perfect scientific management system, in order to further highlight the kindergarten management features, we improve the 6S management system, and implement it seriously. Our kindergarten focus on kindergarten day event details , we implement the management ideas into the life details to further enhance the quality of Education. From daily management, to the management of people, From Heteronomy to self-discipline, 6S realize the humanized management of the real. The Kindergarten under the implementation of 6S management, everything arranged in a good order, everywhere is clean and tidy, everyone has the self-discipline, it makes the management of kindergarten. quality from quantitative to qualitative leap. So, six regular management has become a major feature of our management.


  (2)浸入式英语课程: 浸入式英语是我园引进的一种用外语作为教学语言的教学模式,即幼儿在园的全部或一段时间内,被“浸泡”在一种目的语环境中,教师只用这种目的语言面对学生,不但用这种目的语教目的语,而且用这种目的语教部分学科课程。在浸入式教学模式中,这种目的语不仅是学习的对象,而且是学习的工具。浸入式是外语教学革命性的改革。这种教学模式借助母语习得的方式,教学过程中突出目的语的工具作用,使目的语的学习与学习者的认识活动结合起来。在丰富的学习内容和学习活动中,提高了目的语的可接受性、可理解性、趣味性和应用性。学习者一边学习并即时享用着正在学习的语言,真正发挥出语言学习的效益,并使其在运用这种语言中获得自信和快乐,从而提高了学习者的学习兴趣和积极性.

   几年来,在开展中国本土化的幼儿英语浸入式教学研究的同时,我们也在努力构建符合幼儿教育特点的幼儿英语浸入式整合课程。幼儿英语浸入式整合课程以中国本土文化为基础,兼蓄并融多元文化,以标准的英语、丰富的内容,直观化、形象化、情境化、游戏化和活动化的课程设计,师生对话式的伙伴关系,引导幼儿在全英语环境中快乐学习、全面发展。

   我们坚信:英语浸入式教学模式是挑战传统外语教学的革命性的变革。以类似母语习得方式开展的英语浸入式教学不求“立竿见影”,而是“水到渠成”。在大量输入英语的环境和符合幼儿年龄特点活动中,儿童能够理解英语,运用英语,生成英语,形成英语思维。


(2). Immersion program in English

    Immersion in English is a kind of teaching mode which is introduced in our garden as a foreign language. It means in the whole or in a period of time, the children were "soaked" in a target language environment. The teacher only uses this kind of language to face the students, not only to teach the target language, but also to teach some courses in the target language. In the immersion teaching mode, this kind of target language is not only the object of study, but also the tool of learning. Immersion is a revolutionary reform in foreign language teaching. This teaching mode is used in the way of mother tongue acquisition, which makes the target language learning and learner's cognitive activities combine with the tool of the target language in the teaching process. In the rich learning content and learning activities, it improves the acceptability, understandable, interesting and application of the target language. The learners learn and enjoy the language learning. It really play out the benefits of language learning, and make it in the use of this language to gain confidence and happiness, so as to improve the learners' learning interest and enthusiasm.

   For several years, we have also tried to construct an English immersion integrated curriculum which is in conformity with the characteristics of early childhood English Immersion Teaching in China. On the basis of the Chinese native culture, with standard English, rich content, visualization, visualization, situational, game oriented curriculum design, teacher and student’s dialogue partnership, guide children in the whole English environment have a happy learning and comprehensive development.

    We firmly believe that the English immersion teaching model is a revolutionary change in the traditional foreign language teaching. English Immersion Teaching in a similar way to carry out the language acquisition for the "immediate", but "natural". In a large number of input English environment and in line with the characteristics of children's age activities, children can understand English, use English, and form a thinking of English.


  (3)“体验探究式双语园本主题课程”以孩子们喜欢的文学作品为载体,用英汉两种语言进行学习,根据孩子们的生活经验与学习特点采用体验式、探究式学习的方法,运用讲述、对话、情境表演等形式来习得各种知识经验与技能,从而促进孩子们全面、和谐富有个性的发展。目前我们已经较为完善的建构与编辑幼儿绘本用书与碟,同时配套建构了一套完整的课程实施方案。通过以文学作品为主题的学习载体,既可以整合各种教育因素,又能吸引幼儿主动参与活动的热情,培养幼儿学习的自主性,更能体现幼儿学习的积极性与持久性。


(3). Experience exploratory bilingual kindergarten subject course

     十几年来,我园在区教育局和街道领导的关怀与指导下,利用机构的教育资源优势,走“研究办学”和“内涵发展”的道路,创造性地贯彻和落实《幼儿园工作规程》、《幼儿园教育指导纲要》、《深圳市民办幼儿园管理条例》。几年来, 园内各项工作务实有效,办园业绩和优质服务得到社会各界及广大家长的肯定与赞誉、取得了较好的成绩。
