一、幼儿园基本情况：
和兴花园幼儿园是龙岗区龙城街道和兴花园小区的一所配套幼儿园，幼儿园占地面积2600m2；建筑面积2011.6m2。 室外环境宽敞幽静、温馨舒适，设有大型器械玩具区、玩沙区、种植角、30米长直塑胶跑道；室内环境整洁美观，处处充满了童趣与教育气息。为了给孩子创设一个良好的学习与生活环境，设有幼儿图书阅览室、音乐活动室、综合游戏室、美术工作室等，为幼儿的发展提供了良好的条件。
和兴花园幼儿园办学历史悠久，师资力量雄厚，保教人员学历达标率100％，教师专业合格率达100%，大专率82.1%。，园长均取得上岗证，保健医生为专业医学院校毕业，持证上岗，保育员均具有岗位培训合格证书。
和兴花园幼儿园创办于2004年2月，至今已走过了12年的办学历程，在市、区教育部门领导的关怀与指导下，我园以“办优质教育，创品牌园所”为办学目标；以“欣赏幼儿 、尊重幼儿、热爱幼儿、理解幼儿，为幼儿的发展创设一个温馨、快乐、自主、开放的成长环境”为教育理念；以“培养活泼开朗、自信大方、思想开放、善于沟通、接受挑战，身心均衡发展的世界小公民”为培养目标；发扬“精、勤、新、实、正、诚”的工作信念，在工作中以精益求精、勤奋、创新、务实、正直、公平、诚恳的工作态度与工作作风，不断挖掘幼儿潜能，促进幼儿身心和谐全面的发展，提升幼儿园的管理品质！
1、The basic information of kindergarten
He Xing Garden Kindergarten is in He Xing Garden community, Longcheng street, Longgang area. Kindergarten covers an area of 2600 m2..Construction area is 2011.6 m2. It’s quiet, sweet and comfortable of the spacious outdoor environment. There are large equipment toys area, sand-playing area, planting angle and 30 metres long straight plastic runway .It’s clean, tidy and beautiful of the indoor .In order to give children a good learning and living environment, we build a children's book reading room, music room, comprehensive playroom and art studio, etc.
The Kindergarten has a long history. Teachers' professional qualification rate is 100%.College rate is 82.1%. Kindergarten leader has achieved license. Care doctors were graduated from professional medical colleges .The teachers who take care of kid’s lives have on-the-job training certificate too.
It was founded in February 2004 , It has gone through a journey of 12 years .In the care and guidance of the city, district education department. We made a goal of running high quality education and running a kindergarten brand . We appreciate children ,respect children, love children and understand children. For children's development ,we create a warm, harmonious, independent and open environment. In order to let every child enjoy the happy childhood, we make it as a goal to cultivate an active, confident , open-minded, accepting the challenge, the balanced development of the little citizen . Carry forward the "essence, frequently, new, real, positive and sincere" belief. Strive for perfection in the work, diligence, innovation, pragmatic, integrity, fair and sincere work attitude and style of work. Develop children's potential. Promote harmonious and comprehensive development of children. Improve the quality of kindergarten management.
二、幼儿园管理特色与教学特点：
（1）在管理上，我们建构了一套完善的科学管理体系。为了进一步突显幼儿园管理特色，完善了6S管理体系，并认真贯彻执行。
细节决定成败，强化精粹管理，注重幼儿园一日活动细节。将管理思想真正落实到生活的细节中去，进一步的提升教育的品质。6S管理简单易行，从日常用品的管理，到人的管理，从他律到自律，实现了真正的人性化管理。在6S管理实施的幼儿园，一切井井有条，到处干净整洁，人人自律有素养使幼儿园的管理品质有从量变到质变的飞跃，因此，六常管理已成为我们管理的一大特色。
（2） “体验探究式双语园本主题课程”以孩子们喜欢的文学作品为载体，用英汉两种语言进行学习，根据孩子们的生活经验与学习特点采用体验式、探究式学习的方法，运用讲述、对话、情境表演等形式来习得各种知识经验与技能，从而促进孩子们全面、和谐富有个性的发展。目前我们已经较为完善的建构与编辑幼儿绘本用书与碟，同时配套建构了一套完整的课程实施方案。通过以文学作品为主题的学习载体，既可以整合各种教育因素，又能吸引幼儿主动参与活动的热情，培养幼儿学习的自主性，更能体现幼儿学习的积极性与持久性。
（3）美术课程特色，2013年申报了龙岗区小课题《大班幼儿美术活动中教师指导策略研究》，通过课题的开展提高了教师美术教学活动的组织能力，为突显我园的美术特色起到推波助澜的重要作用。不断完善美术小课题阶段性教育教学目标与计划，开展“美术教学观摩”活动，得到姊妹园的好评使之教师在教学水平有进一步的提升与锻炼。同时，也得到学前专委会认可与支持，成为了美术梦想中心教研基地。
2、Kindergarten management characteristic and the teaching characteristics:
(1)On the management, we construct a set of perfect scientific management system. In order to further highlight the kindergarten management features, we perfect the 6 s management system and carefully carried out. Everywhere is clean and tidy .Everyone has self-discipline .Therefore, 6s management has become one of the features of our management.
（2）Experience exploratory bilingual kindergarten subject course: We use the literary works as the carrier, let the children study in two languages English and Chinese , base on the characteristics of the children's life experience, let the children study with the method of experiential, exploratory learning. Using acting, dialogue, situation and other forms to acquire all kinds of knowledge and skills. To promote the development of the children comprehensive, harmonious rich individual character. Now we have completely constructed children's picture books and story book and disc. At the same time we construct a set of complete course. Let children learn in play and lay the foundation for cultivating citizen of the world.
（3）Art course features:2013 We attended the longgang district Subject,
" Strategy research under the guidance of teachers in early childhood art activities", It improve the ability of teachers ‘art teaching activities .We perfect the art of small project of teaching goal and plan. We have art teaching view activities. We get the praise from other kindergarten’s teachers. Teachers in teaching level has further improvement .At the same time, we also get the recognition and support from the Pre-school education committee .It becomes the dream research base of art center .
三、荣誉成果
十多年来，在全园教职工的共同努力下，园内各项工作务实高效、硕果累累得到了教育局、街道办领导的一致好评，在2014年10月被评为普惠性幼儿园，由龙岗区教育局教学研究室、龙岗区教师进修学校学前研修室牵头，每学期代表了龙城片区开展普惠园教研活动，为教师们提供一个学习与交流的平台，和兴花园幼儿园充分发挥龙城片区普惠园的示范与引领作用，成为龙城片区普惠性幼儿园研究与示范基地。
2012年11月参加龙城街道首届“七彩童年”绘本剧比赛荣获一等奖；
2012年12月参加全国幼儿创意美术大赛获得特等奖称号；
2013年3月获得全国英语特色教育先进单位；
2013年5月组织教师参加龙城街道“呵护童年”教师演讲比赛获二等奖、三等奖。
2013年6月参加机构快乐六一儿童节美术比赛荣获团体铜奖；
2013年6月参加全国幼儿创意美术大赛获得特等奖称号；
2014年3月获得光荣机构“环境创设比赛”优秀奖；
2014年5月获得光荣机构“教师故事比赛”二等奖；
2014年6月获得光荣机构“保育员技能比赛”集体二等奖；
2014年9月被评为龙岗区教育系统先进单位；
2014年11月被评为深圳市普惠性幼儿园；
2015年1月获得光荣国际教育机构“安全先进单位”；
2015年6月通过市一级幼儿园复评；
2015年12月开展龙岗区普惠性幼儿园教研开放活动；
2016年4月开展龙城片区普惠性幼儿园教研开放活动。
3、Results of honor
More than a decade, under the joint efforts of teachers, We got high praise from the leaders of the Education Administration and Subdistrict Office. In October of 2014 it was rated as a universality kindergarten. The kindergarten represents the Longcheng area to carry out research activity. It provide teachers a learning and communication platform.
In November 2012 in Longcheng street, we attend the "colorful childhood" story play won the first prize.
In December 2012 we participate in the national contest of children's creative art , and won the award for the grand prize.
In March 2013, we got the national characteristics of English education advanced unit
In June 2013 , we participate in the happy children's day art, we group won the bronze medal match of the organization
