The Fuyong Garden Street Kindergarten is in the Fuyong Garden community,Baoan area of Shenzhen. Kindergarten covers an area of 2800 m². Construction area is 1680m².   （1）在管理上，我们建构了一套完善的科学管理体系。为了进一步突显幼儿园管理特色，完善了6S管理体系，并认真贯彻执行。

   细节决定成败，强化精粹管理，注重幼儿园一日活动细节。将管理思想真正落实到生活的细节中去，进一步的提升教育的品质。6S管理简单易行，从日常用品的管理，到人的管理，从他律到自律，实现了真正的人性化管理。在6S管理实施的幼儿园，一切井井有条，到处干净整洁，人人自律有素养使幼儿园的管理品质有从量变到质变的飞跃,因此，六常管理已成为我们管理的一大特色。

  （2）体验探究式双语主题课程

  “体验探究式双语园本主题课程”以孩子们喜欢的文学作品为载体，用英汉两种语言进行学习，根据孩子们的生活经验与学习特点采用体验式、探究式学习的方法，运用讲述、对话、情境表演等形式来习得各种知识经验与技能，从而促进孩子们全面、和谐富有个性的发展。目前我们已经较为完善的建构与编辑幼儿绘本用书与碟，同时配套建构了一套完整的课程实施方案。通过以文学作品为主题的学习载体，既可以整合各种教育因素，又能吸引幼儿主动参与活动的热情，培养幼儿学习的自主性，更能体现幼儿学习的积极性与持久性。

  （3）艺术课程特色

   充满浓厚艺术氛围的美术工作室，给孩子艺术的熏陶和美的创造。一百个孩子，一百种语言，每一个孩子都是智慧的结晶，在这里她们可以尽情用手中的笔描绘心中的世界，在这里她们就是未来的艺术大师，在这里让我们诠释孩子的心中的七彩阳光。除了美术特色，舞蹈艺术团的成立，也是我们的一大亮点，让孩子们在这里尽情的表现与展示。十八年来，让我们积累了丰富的艺术特色教学经验，孩子们在专业舞蹈教师的指导下，参加各类舞蹈比赛均取得优异的成绩，曾在国内外比赛中荣获多个奖项一等奖、金奖、二等奖，艺术教育硕果累累。
