When our baby comes to this world, we are happy, excited, we start to have a new title, this is parents! But come together with happy and excited, we get more responsibilities, how to raise our child healthily, how to teach him to know this world, how to raise him stronger enough to live in this world.
当宝宝来到这个世界上的时候，我们就多了一个身份，那就是父母。兴奋喜悦之后静下心来想一想，我们就又多了一份沉甸甸的责任。我们需要养育孩子健康长大，同时要教会孩子认识世界，感知世界并能在社会中生存和发展的能力。

Like every parent does, we are hoping him to be the best excellent person in every professions and trades. I hope him to be the next Langlang, next Nobel Prize owner, an Olympic champion, or a CEO…however, I want him to be the best!
作为父母，每个人都希望自己的孩子出类拔萃，能成为各行各业的优秀顶尖人才。想象自己的孩子再过20年后就会是下一个弹琴的郎朗，会是诺贝尔奖的得主，会是奥运会的冠军，会是年轻的上市公司的CEO……
Everyone has his own path to go, everyone got his own talents, hobbies. But what kind of environment and family he grows, what people he meets, what education he gets will decide what kind of person he will be. Every parent have good wishes for their children, it is good, but I think let him to be happy and healthy are the most important thing! Enjoying his childhood, enjoying the love from family, enjoying the company with his friends, enjoying the world which belong to him.
每个人的人生路肯定不同。个人的天赋，个人的喜好，个人成长中所处的环境，所接受的教育，所遇到的对自己有影响的人等等决定了他以后的人生方向。父母的出发点都是不错的，但是我觉得让孩子快乐健康的身心成长是最重要的。有快乐的童年，有家庭的温暖，有足够的玩伴，有属于他们自己的一片天地。

陪孩子共同感知世界，增强孩子认识世界和适应社会的能力
As he is growing up every day, he is full of curiosity to everything. Maybe he would spend really long time to observe something which we might never noticed. I think we could also to be a child, observing together with him, talking with him, trying to find the answers to his questions together. So that we will know our children's interests, then help him and encourage him to keep seeking knowledge what he is interested.
随着宝宝一天天长大，他们对这个世界上的任何事物开始充满了好奇。可能对我们成年人平时忽略的东西能盯上老半天，这就需要我们把自己当成小孩和孩子一起去观察他们感兴趣的事物。放下身份，找准孩子的兴趣点，和孩子进行平等的交流，帮孩子找到让他们觉得迷惑的答案。通过不断的和孩子交流，及时给予孩子对探究新事物兴趣的肯定，保持孩子浓厚的好奇心和求知欲。
The first school for our child is our family. It is important to provide our child a good and correct family education. Getting along with families, talking with families, and every family's habits, ways of dealing things…all of these things are building our children's character now. Usually a kindly child comes from a harmony family. For example, we are telling our children don't litter, but we are littering just in front of him! We are telling him to sharing, but we never shared something with others in front of him! This is wrong, family education is not just saying, it is doing, it is an attitude. And all family members should keep the same pace.
孩子最先生活的社会单元是家庭，所以家庭的教育对孩子的早期来说是最重要的。家里家人的相处，家里每个人的生活习惯，平时说话办事的方式都在潜移默化的影响着孩子性格的形成。和睦的家庭里成长的孩子一般都会是友善的，有爱心的。比如说我们教育孩子不要随手丢垃圾，而自己经常是垃圾随手就扔；我们这边告诉他要学会分享，然后又说自己的东西千万不能给别人。这样肯定是不行的。所以说身教重于言传。特别是在对待孩子的教育上家庭一定要是一个声音，一件事一种态度，家庭成员尽量观点一致。
We should help him to build a right sense abut right and wrong. Child's mind is just like a blank paper, we should draw truly, kindly, beautifully things on this paper. So that he will have a positive attitude to his study and life. We are teaching him to do his things by himself, but what's more we should let go of our hands on him, let him do it by himself really. We should help him to build a good hygiene habits, teach him should respect elders and help youngers. And correct him in time when he is wrong.
Build a right morality and civism in him. Tell him to try our best to help those people who needs help. Tell him to be polite to everyone. Or tell him don't take those lovely flowers home from park, since flowers have their own home just like us, tell him we should wait in line in the public, we should know the traffic rules, we should take care of other people's thoughts, not only ourselves. What's more tell him why he is not allowed to do this.
要从小灌输给孩子正确的是非观，正确的价值观。小孩的心理认知上开始是一片空白，我们只有让真的、善的、美的事物占据他的思想，这样以后他们才会有一个积极的心态去面对以后的生活和学习。我们要从小教育他们自己的事情自己做并放手让他们自己做，我们教育他要讲究卫生并要督促他养成讲卫生的好习惯，我们要教育他尊重师长爱护小朋友，如发现不对尽快纠正。
培养孩子正确的道德观和公德心。告诉孩子看到需要帮助的人自己能帮到尽量帮助。对人要有礼貌。公园看到美丽的花自己喜欢想带回家，这样不可以，要给他们讲清楚道理。公共场所要排队，遵守交通规则，不能什么都以自己为核心，只顾自己的感受不管别人。
During living and talking with our children, we should keep an equally attitude to talk with him. Don't act like an authority all the time. When we are not sure about our children's questions, we don't need to answer him immediately, we could tell him that we parents are not the person who knows everything, there are also something we don't know, but we can learn it together and find the answer together. And when we misunderstand our children or blame him wrongly, what we should do is a sincerely apologize.
For sure there are a lot of problems will come from time to time during his growing. But as long as we are patient enough and give more attention to our children, helping him solve problems, guiding him and so on, I believe that he will have a really good habit and will become a wonderful child.
在和孩子的生活和交流的过程中，我们要以一个平等的心态去和孩子沟通，我们父母不能总以一个权威者的姿态出现。遇到我们自己不确定的问题是不要急着给孩子答案，可以告诉孩子我们父母也不是什么都知道，我们不清楚的我们可以学习之后告诉他们答案。遇到我们自己搞错了或是错怪孩子的情况，我们要及时诚恳的给孩子道歉。
孩子在成长的过程中会不断出现各种不同的问题，但是只要我们以足够的耐心，仔细的关注孩子，帮助孩子解决他们的困难，正确的引导他们，孩子们一定会养成良好的习惯，变成一个非常棒的小朋友。
Children's interests-oriented, assisting in education
以孩子兴趣为导向，提供辅助教育
Now more and more parents prefer to send his children to any kinds of interest classes. It is certainly good to let our children learn more knowledge from young age, so that we could find his interests and talents. But we can not compare our own children to any other children! It is not reasonable to send a 3 year old child to 5 or 6 interest classes every week! It is too much for a child, probably he will lose his interests in this class. I think we could just focus on one or two of our children's interests, don't force him to do what he doesn't want. The biggest interest of children is to play, if he could also learn knowledge during playing, then it will be a real interest class for him.
现在的孩子普遍上了很多兴趣班，家长也比较热衷。当然孩子能从小接受早的启蒙教育是比较好的，可以发现孩子的天赋和兴趣点加以培养。但是不能进行攀比式的进行。不能一个三岁的小孩一周有五六个兴趣班。这样孩子负担重，容易产生反感的情绪。只能是找一两个小孩感兴趣的方面进行培养，小孩不愿意的尽量不用强求。小孩的学前阶段本来就是以玩为主，只有他把某个兴趣班当成一个很好玩的很感兴趣的项目时，这个兴趣班才是真正孩子的兴趣班。
Pay more attention to Children's active ability. Go outdoors to do some sports with him more often. He will learn more about the world, about any new things. They will find their interests more easily, it will inspire him to seek knowledge, develop his observing ability, enlarging his horizon. It is more impressive to learn things from real experience than the books.
注重孩子的运动能力，尽量多陪孩子进行户外活动。孩子在外面活动期间应该是他们感知世界和未知新鲜事物最多的。在这个过程中，他们容易发现感兴趣或是新奇的事物，这样容易激发他们的求知欲望，能提高他们的观察能力，开阔他们的视野。通过他们自己亲身经历的事情肯定会比书本上学来的对他们影响更深刻。
Combine family and school education, earns a world
家庭和学校教育相结合，放手赢得一片天空
When children get into school, then school education is becoming more and more important. Maybe some parents would say it is all the duty of school to educate our children. But I would say it is not. There are so many children in the school, the teachers are not able to take care of every child carefully, they are not able to know every single thing about every child. So we need to communicate more with the teacher, help both of us to know our children in every aspect. Find his every single improvement, and encourage him, praise him. Sure we should also correct him when he is wrong. Help him to build good habit and learn how to get along with others in the school.
当孩子上学以后，学校教育显得很重要，许多父母这个时候认为小孩现在在学校读书了，教育就是学校的事情了，其实这个观念是不对的。学校的小孩比较多，老师不可能很仔细的了解每个小朋友的每一天的各方面的情况。这就需要我们家长要多和学校沟通，相互了解在家中和学校的全面表现。对孩子的每一点进步进行表扬和鼓励，对孩子的一些不良的习惯通过家庭和学校的共同努力引导帮助小朋友改正和提高。通过在学校的学习让他们养成良好的学习习惯，让他们学会在集体中怎么样和大家共同相处。
Our children are the best in our heart, they will get living skills after their learning and hardworking, and become a person make contribute to the society. The garden is full of followers with different shapes, colors and smells, every single flower is different, everyone is beautiful, all those beautiful flowers consist to a colorful garden.
我们要相信孩子们是最棒的，他们通过自身的学习和努力以后都会掌握在社会生存立足的本领，能成为对社会有所贡献的人。满园的花朵是各有各的形状，各有各的颜色，各有各的香味，每一朵都是不同的，每一朵都是美丽的，这样的花园才是五彩缤纷的。
