用孩子感兴趣和愿意接受的方法,用心做好家庭教育
It is the significant thing that every parent must face the education of children after birth, such as family education, school education and social education. Family education and school education in child juvenile phase is particularly important.
The parents want to develop their children to a high-quality and contribution to the society and start planning and vision at a very young age to the children’s life. Generally start from this period, children enter the stage of school education. We had made preparation for children’s behavior, self-care ability and early-learning before entering kindergarten. Is Family education not important after entering school? It is not correct! Family education may affect the whole life of children. We will talk about the cooperation between school education and family education.
孩子出生后的教育问题是每位家长都必须面对的重要事情,有家庭教育,校园教育和社会教育。在孩子未成年阶段家庭教育和校园教育显得尤为重要。
我们每一位父母都想把自己的小孩培养成高素质的对社会有贡献的人才,于是在小孩的幼儿时期便开始对孩子的人生有了各种规划和憧憬。一般从这个时期开始小孩进入了校园教育阶段,当然在进入幼儿园之前我们就已经对小孩进行了行为习惯,生活能力,包括提前教育等一系列的方面进行了准备。那是不是进入校园教育后,家庭教育就不再重要了呢?当然不是!家庭教育可能影响孩子的一生。我们主要讲一下我们如何配合校园教育来进行家庭教育的。
1. Understanding comprehensively and evaluating correctly
1. 认真全面了解孩子,客观正确的评估孩子。
Cultivating a child likes making a craft, we will design the products according to the shape of raw material, line, color, luster and using different technology to make a good art-work. For children that we should make the best use of their interest and guide them to be succeed.
After entering kindergarten that children will have less time with parents at home, we could not get the information directly. As children enter into the new environment, new teachers, classmates, getting new knowledge and so on, children will make changes in ideas, interests and behavior.We should communicate with teachers to get more information about children’s school performance.And we should chat with children to find their interesting topic and guide them and cultivate it.
培养小孩如同制做一件工艺品,我们制作工艺品要根据原料的形状,材质,线条,颜色,光泽等各种因素来综合设计,采取不同的工艺技术才能做出很好的作品。当然小孩也一样,我们要因势利导,因材施教。
孩子在进入幼儿园学习后,在家里与父母一起待的时间少了,很多时候我们不能直观的获得小孩的情况。同时小孩进入一个新的环境,接触了很多新的老师同学,接受了很多新的知识和新鲜的事物。可能对小孩来说在思想上,兴趣上和行为上会有一些改变,这就需要我们家长通过与老师多交流获得孩子在学校的表现情况,通过和小孩聊天和谈论他感兴趣的事情发现他的思想转变情况和兴趣点后,来加以引导和培养。

2. 找准兴趣点,提高学习兴趣。
It is said that hobby is the best teacher. Having interest is better than just learning, when a child is interested in some subject or skills, he is willing to learning without any complains, which can improve his confidence. Otherwise, if it is something forced by parents or something is disgusted by children, it is not only misleading children , but also producing some strong negative feelings and behaviors.
Let me share my son’s English training with you.
When Nico was very young (2 years), I usually spoke English on the phone, he always listened very carefully. As I finished the phone, he would ask me who was talking with me
and what we talked about. Although he could not understand what we said, he felt happily. We found that and told him: mom was talking with foreign friends in English, they could not speak Chinese, so we should talk with each other in English. Nico immediately requested that he also wanted to speak English with foreign friends. And we took him to play or lunch or dinner with foreign friends.We found that he likes playing and speaking English with foreign friends. At beginning that he would ask some help from us in communication.
After communicating with foreign friends that Nico told us that he likes English. And we told him that he must learn English well in order to talk with foreigners fluently. Learning English will spend a lot time and hard-working, and Nico agrees with it. Then we chose Longan Garden International Kindergarten for Nico. And also we chose Canadian English Training Center for him.
It was difficult for Nico to study in Canadian Training Center at beginning, because he is the youngest. But we helped him to make preview and review after class according to the courses. And we talked with him in English everywhere. After some months that he can follow with other classmates. Nico becomes more confidence. Nico believes that he can catch up with the others by his efforts. And he is deeply interested in English and never skips it.
人们都说兴趣是最好的老师。学之不如好之,好之不如乐之。所以当小孩对某种事物和技能很感兴趣的时候,他会很愿意去学习,不会感觉辛苦,能提高他的自信。反之如果是父母强加的而小孩反感的,又不能引导好孩子的,小孩肯定会产生强烈的逆反情绪和行为。我跟大家分享一下我们小孩英语培训的过程
我们Nico很小的时候经常听到我讲电话的时候说英语,他总是睁大眼睛听。等我讲完电话他就会问我是在同谁打电话,说的是什么,他怎么听不懂,他觉得很好听。我们发现后就告诉他:妈妈是在和外国的朋友讲电话,因为国外的朋友不会说我们中文,所以跟他们交流的时候说的是英语。Nico马上就会说我也要和外国朋友说英语。于是我们在方便的时候会带上他和外国朋友一起吃饭,游玩,交流。发现他很愿意和外国朋友玩耍,交流。但是他们开始的交流困难,经常要求助我们。
每次之后我们会与他们交流,发现他很想和外国人交流,于是我们就告诉他要想和外国人交流你自己必须学好英语,但是学英语需要你花很多的时间去认真学习才行,他自己很愉快的答应了。然后我们在选择幼儿园的时候就选择了双语的龙岸花园国际幼儿园。同时也给他报了全外教的英语培训机构。
在培训英语的过程中,由于Nico的年龄在同学中最小,开始学习的时候会很困难。我们家长就在家根据他们学习的内容进行预习和课后的复习,和他多用英语交流,让他慢慢能跟上其他的大朋友。这样Nico就提高了信心,发现通过自己的努力是可以赶上其他同学的。所以他经常说我只要再多学习一点就可以赶上某某同学了。所以他对英语的兴趣一直很浓厚,绝不会逃避这个课程。
3.Focusing and Changing the study way
3.持续关注,不断改变刺激孩子学习欲望的方法
After several months of training that the children will take pride of their progress or losing confidence for a big challenge. We should pay attention to their change and try to find if they are lack of confidence or self-satisfaction.
After one year English Training that Canadian Training Center had an Oral English Competition. As the competition was with elder students that Nico was short of confidence and not willing to attend this competition. After communication and preparing together with him that he was affirmed by teacher and was recommended to this competition. Although he finally only got participation award, we were happy to give his full affirmation.Nico believes that he could get success with his efforts and careful preparation even he was the youngest in the competition.Then in the Second Oral English Competition, he won the third prize.
After these two competitions that Nico told us proudly that he will get the first prize or second prize in the next time with his efforts.Nico gets more confidence with himself and participates in various activities.
Nico acted as the hero in the Musicals “The Farmer and the Rabbits” in “ The Tenth Star & Torch English Talent Competition” with other classmates and won the first prize in the division of Guangdong province.
In Longan Garden Kindergarten “ Happy Go” activities that he led the students of oath. Nico showed his self-confident, generous, calm, capable and experienced in this activity. And now Nico is more active, bold and confident to take part in various activities.
Nico is proud of his progress after some achievements and he is slacking from studying. We affirmed his progress and meanwhile that we added some difficulty in his study and he will need to study more to get it. When we took him to play with foreign friends that we asked him to communicate with foreign friends directly for everything and he found that there has a lot of things that he could not express himself in English or he could not understand correctly.
After communication with him and he knows that he needs to study hard. And it makes him to have more curiosity and motivation in studying.
Every child has his own interest and specialty, he will not be changed by parent’s wishes.The interest is a luminous point, we should observe carefully, respect the wishes of children and discover the correct learning methods and rules. With the correct method in family education and good cooperation with school eduction that will give the great sunshine for children’s life.

Nico在英语培训一年后,学校有组织口语演讲比赛。由于是跟年龄大的学员一起比,他明显缺乏信心,总说比不过,不愿意参与。然后我们一直同他交流,并认真和他一起做准备。在班级中得到老师的肯定,推荐参加比赛。虽然最后只得了参与奖,但是我们很高兴,给予了他充分的肯定。让Nico觉得他虽然年龄小,但通过努力学习,精心准备也是可以成功的。随后在第二次的口语比赛中他在决赛中拿到了三等奖。通过这两次的比赛,Nico会自豪的对我们说:上次我没有拿到奖杯,这次拿到了三等奖,下次我努力就可以拿到一等奖或是二等奖了。这样我们明显感觉Nico的自信心上来了,参与各种活动的积极性很高。后来又与其他同学一起合作排练了英语音乐剧《守株待兔》担任男主角参加全国《星星火炬》比赛并荣获了广东赛区一等奖。然后又能自信的接受幼儿园给予的在全园活动中带领大家宣誓的任务。活动中,Nico表现的自信大方,沉稳干练,发声准确洪亮。圆满完成了老师交给的任务。而在平时我们也发现他更积极主动,大胆自信的去参加各种活动。
当Nico在取得进步和老师同学的表扬后,不自觉的就产生了骄傲的思想。有时候跟我们说他都比那些大朋友的英语水平更厉害了,明显学习的劲头就有所放松了。我们发现后,首先肯定了他取得的进步,但同时我们也给他增加了一些难度,让他觉得自己需要学习的东西还很多。比如,我们再带他和外国朋友游玩的时候,我们就要求他有什么想法尽量自己直接和外国朋友沟通。在沟通中他自己发现还有好多东西他没有办法用英语表达自己的意思,或者不能正确的理解外国人的问题。回来后我们就会和他交流他自己的感受,让他认识到自己还需要继续努力学习才行。这样他才能有一个持续的求知欲望和学习动力。
每个小孩有自己感兴趣的事物和特长,他是不以我们父母的意愿来改变的。他们的每一个兴趣点就是一个发光点,我们父母要仔细观察,善于发现,尊重孩子的意愿和每个孩子的学习方法和规律,用孩子感兴趣和愿意接受的方法,用心做好家庭教育,紧密配合好校园教育,争取大家共同努力把孩子身上的发光点变成可以给予他们一生能量的巨大阳光。
