深圳市龙华新区民治龙岸国际幼儿园位于民治雅园路龙岸花园小区内,是一所政府产权配套幼儿园。创办于2012年9月,由光荣国际教育机构创办人马光荣女士投资承办的一所全日制民办幼儿园。为了给孩子创设一个良好的学习与生活环境,我园以高起点、高标准、高质量,以办优质教育,办品牌幼儿园为办学目标,按照省一级幼儿园的配备标准,为幼儿打造成一所功能齐全,环境优美,具有现代化国际化的大型幼儿园。
Longan international Kindergarten is located in the Longan garden, Ya yuan Road, Longhua District. And it is a government property. It Founded in September 2012 and was established by the Guangrong international education institutions which was founded by Miss Ma to undertake a full-time private kindergarten. 一、基本情况:
我园建筑面积2512.75平方米,绿化覆盖率100%。目前,室外活动场地设有幼儿玩沙区、种植角、饲养角、30米长直塑胶跑道、大型器械玩具区等。为满足幼儿运动、游戏、学习的需要,我园提供宽敞的活动空间,配备了丰富多样的各类体育器械,辅助幼儿动作体能的发展;室内配备了各种功能齐全的功能室,设有儿童图书体验馆、音乐吧、社会体验馆、DIY美术室创意吧、小小生活体验馆等,为幼儿的发展提供了良好的条件。温馨、舒适的儿童大厅,让孩子们如同走进格林童话世界,在这里每个儿童都是故事的创造者,谱写他们快乐的童话故事。
自开办以来,我园在上级各部门领导的关怀与指导下,利用“姊妹园”的教育资源优势,认真贯彻落实《幼儿园教育指导纲要》、《幼儿园工作规程》、《3-6岁儿童学习与发展指南》,我园以“办优质教育,创品牌园所”为办学目标;以“欣赏幼儿 、尊重幼儿、热爱幼儿、理解幼儿,为幼儿的发展创设一个温馨、快乐、自主、开放的成长环境”为教育理念;以“培养活泼开朗、自信大方、思想开放、善于沟通、接受挑战,身心均衡发展的世界小公民”为培养目标;发扬“精、勤、新、实、正、诚”的工作信念,在工作中以精益求精、勤奋、创新、务实、正直、公平、诚恳的工作态度与工作作风,不断挖掘幼儿潜能,促进幼儿身心和谐全面的发展,提升幼儿园的管理品质!
1.Basic situation:
The Kindergarten construction area is 2512.75 square meters and the green coverage is 100% .At present,there are many outdoor playground for children to play. For example, we have sand area, planting area, breeding area, 30 meters long straight plastic runway, large equipment toys etc. In order to meet the needs of children's sports, games and learning, the kindergarten offers a wide space, a variety of various types of sports equipment to assist in the development of physical fitness of children. In order to provide a good condition for the development of children,we create a variety of functional rooms for the kids, for example,reading room, music bar, social experience Museum, Art DIYroom , life experience Museum , etc. The cozy, comfortable children's Hall, make the kids feel like in the world of Green's Fairy Tales. In our kindergarten, every children is a creator,they can make their happy fairy tale by themselves.
Since the kindergarten started, we are under the leadership of the higher authorities’s care and guidance, using the advantage of "sister garden" in educational resources,We implement the construction of “Kindergarten education guidelines”,” Kindergarten working procedures” and “Guide for learning and development of children from the age of 3-6 years”. Our goal is managing the quality of education, running the brand kindergarten. We appreciate the children, respect children, love children, and understand the children.We create a warm, harmonious, independent and open environment for the development of children and do our best to make a happy childhood for every child.We help them to be a person who is full of confidence, generous, open-minded, accepting the challenge, having physical and mental health development.We constantly tap the potential of children, and promote the development of children's physical and mental harmony.
二、幼儿园管理特色与教学特点:
(1)在管理上,我们建构了一套完善的科学管理体系。为了进一步突显幼儿园管理特色,完善了6S管理体系,并认真贯彻执行。
细节决定成败,强化精粹管理,注重幼儿园一日活动细节。将管理思想真正落实到生活的细节中去,进一步的提升教育的品质。6S管理简单易行,从日常用品的管理,到人的管理,从他律到自律,实现了真正的人性化管理。在6S管理实施的幼儿园,一切井井有条,到处干净整洁,人人自律有素养使幼儿园的管理品质有从量变到质变的飞跃,因此,六常管理已成为我们管理的一大特色。
(2)国际班特色:以国际视野培养世界小公民的教育理念,创设浓厚的纯英文语言环境,配备经验丰富的外籍教师、英文教师、幼教教师执教。在学习内容上,以继承本民族文化的基础上,感受世界文化。在英语教学中,采用全浸入式英语教学思想,运用游戏式、情境体验式、探究式、TPR等学习方式,将学科领域在英语活动中进行有机的整合,形成多元化的教育思想与理念,注重儿童综合能力的发展,让儿童成为国际人、世界人。
(3)“体验探究式双语园本主题课程”以孩子们喜欢的文学作品为载体,用英汉两种语言进行学习,根据孩子们的生活经验与学习特点采用体验式、探究式学习的方法,运用讲述、对话、情境表演等形式来习得各种知识经验与技能,从而促进孩子们全面、和谐富有个性的发展。目前我们已经较为完善的建构与编辑幼儿绘本用书与碟,同时配套建构了一套完整的课程实施方案。通过以文学作品为主题的学习载体,既可以整合各种教育因素,又能吸引幼儿主动参与活动的热情,培养幼儿学习的自主性,更能体现幼儿学习的积极性与持久性。
2. Characteristics of kindergarten management and teaching:

Our kindergarten focus on kindergarten day event details,We implement the management ideas into the life details to further enhance the quality of Education. The Kindergarten under the implementation of 6S management, everything arranged in a good order, everywhere is clean and tidy, everyone has the self-discipline, it makes the management of kindergarten quality from quantitative to qualitative leap. So, six regular management has become a major feature of our management.
(2). International class characteristics: Developing the educational idea of the world's small citizens by the international view, creating a strong pure English language environment. We have foreign teachers, experienced teachers in preschool teachers' English to help children to develop their capability of listening, talking, reading and writing. In the learning content,we let the children to Feel the world culture on the basis of inheriting the national culture .In the English teaching, we use the game, situational experience, inquiry, TPR and other learning methods to make children interested in English.Wefocus on the development of children's comprehensive ability, so that can make children become an international people, the world people.
(3). Experience exploratory bilingual kindergarten subject course,taking the literary works as the carrier, we learn it with two kinds of language. According to the children's life experience and learning characteristics using experience, inquiry learning method. To acquire all kinds of knowledge experience and skills in the form of narration, dialogue, situation performance and so on.So as to promote children's comprehensive, harmonious and full of personality development. At present we have perfect construction and editing of children's books and book disc.At the same time, a complete set of curriculum implementation plan is set up.We let the children learn knowledge from the play, and lay the foundation for the cultivation of the world's citizens.
