        马光荣女士担任深圳光荣国际教育机构的校监与董事长，毕业于北京师范大学学前教育研究生学历，从事学前教育研究与管理二十六年，曾多次参与国内外学前教育研讨与交流，有着较强的专业能力与管理水平。凭着她对学前教育的执着以及丰富的办学经验，经过十多年来的不断研究与探索，在她的引领下因地制宜，与团队研发与编辑了一套适合于机构发展的“主题探究式双语主题课程”，得到了同行与家长们的高度赞誉。

       Ms.Ma(Guanrong) is taking charge of  Supervisor and Chairman of Shenzhen Guangrong International Education Institute . She was graduating from Beijing Normal University, majored in pre-school education, and gained a Postgraduate Diploma. She has been spending 26 years on the research and management of pre-school education. She has participated in domestic and international pre-school education seminars for many times, has a great professional ability and management. For 10 years’ exploring, basing on the practical teaching experience, she with her group research and develop the Bilingual Curriculum of Theme Inquiry，of which was spoken highly by the same occupation and parents.
