办园指导思想：认真贯彻落实《幼儿教育指导纲要》《幼儿园工作规程》《3~6岁儿童学习与发展指南》，以办好教育，办品牌园所的办园目标，以服务于儿童，服务于家长、服务于社会的办园思想，不断的挖掘幼儿的潜能，促进幼儿身心和谐全面的发展。我园全体教职工不断努力，一直以务实进取、开拓创新的工作作风，取得了较好的办园成绩。
guiding ideology:Carry out “ nursery education outline”, “kindergarten work standards” “ Guang dong province education guide” seriously. Do quality education , do brand kindergarten as kindergarten goal. Do serving children and parents , do serving society as kindergarten ideology. No stopping unearthing children’s proficiency  to promote their totoal healthy development. We all do no stop making effort to get innovation and progress.

我们的教育理念：尊重儿童的发展特点，以儿童的兴趣为切入点，创设真实的情境，让儿童通过实际操作、感知、亲身的体验与探究，建构自己的知识经验，引领儿童获得终身学习的品质，为培养未来的世界小公民奠定基础。

Our educational philosophy: respect for children's development characteristics, the children's interest as a starting point to create a real situation for children to perceive through actual operation, personally experience and exploration, construct their own knowledge and experience, lead the children to acquire the quality of lifelong learning, and lay the foundation for cultivating the small citizen of the world in the future.

 

我们的培养目标：培养孩子成为活泼开朗、自信大方、思想开放、善于沟通、接受挑战、身心均衡发展的世界小公民。

Training Objective: We are expected to make our children more positive confident, mind opened and balanced, good at communicating and always ready for challenges. So that they can be qualified citizens of the new world.

 faith in the work: excelsior, diligent, new, real, positive energy, honest.


服务理念： 以全心、爱心、耐心、细心、诚心服务于家长与儿童。

service belief: Serve the children and their parents with heart, love, patient, care and honest.

 kindergarten mission: All of we do to serve children, parents and society.
