A、六常管理  6S Administration

  通过清洁(Seiketsu)、清扫(Seisou )、整理(Seiri)、 整顿(Seiton)、素养(Shitsuke)、安全(Security)来规范与培养师生养成良好的生活习惯,行为习惯和工作习惯,形成从他律到自律的自主管理,建构有内涵的管理文化。

 By “ Seiketsu” “ Seisou” “ Seiri” “Seiton” “Shitsuke” “Security”, being the normal way of good habits of living behaving and working, being self-administrating instead of being administrated. Constructing cultured administration.

 

B、家长工作 Parents work

     支持与帮助儿童的发展,努力开展形式多样的工作,引导家庭教育行为,提高教育效益。

Support and  help children’s  development. Try to carry out kinds of work to lead the behavior of family education. Improve efficient education.

 

C、国际班  International Class

     以国际视野培养世界小公民的教育理念,创设浓厚的纯英文语言环境,配备经验丰富的外籍教师、英文教师、幼儿教师执教,发展儿童听、说、读、写的能力。培养孩子运用英语思维思考问题的能力,在学习内容上,以继承本民族文化的基础上,感受世界文化。在英语教学方法上,采用全浸入式英语教学思想,运用情境式学习、游戏式学习、体验式学习,将各科与英语有机的整合。应用多元智能的理念,注重儿童综合能力的发展。

We have educational concept of cultivating world little citizen by the international view, we create rich and pure English environment, we provide experienced foreign and native English teachers who help children develop their abilities of English listening ,saying, reading and writing. We cultivate children’s abilities of English thought. About learning content, we not only inherit Chinese traditional culture but also feel world culture.About English teaching method, we carry on immersion  English , that is to say that we learn English by circumstances, games and experiences. We apply multiple intelligence theory to children’s development of comprehensive abilities.

 

D、环境课程  Environmental course

     我们认为环境是幼儿学习的载体,创设具有浓厚的教育内涵环境、创设温馨、家庭式的环境,让孩子感到亲切、安全、温馨、舒适和愉快的环境,把幼儿园布置得像家一样,处处散发着生活与教育的气息,有助于他们获得幸福感与安全感。区域工作坊也是幼儿工作与游戏的重要环境,幼儿通过与环境互动、与孩子互动、老师互动,自主选择材料,来满足幼儿不同能力的需要,从而促进幼儿的发展。

     We think that environment is a carrier for children to learn.We construct rich educational and family environment to help children feel kind , safe, warm, satisfy and happy. We construct kindergarten as same as home. We construct work areas so that children can communicate with teachers and each other. They can choice kinds of materials  by themselves.
